CanadaShipping was quick and the customization from the company was quick and easy to do online however, getting hit with a $75 duty charge on top of having to pay in Canadian dollars versus American. It makes things quite expensive up here in Canada.

United StatesEverything that was supposed to come came and that was good. I understand why it also took awhile to get here. No problem. My only issue is that the stuff is just thrown into the wooden case, so presentation wise, it's not too awesome when you open it. The case itself was incredibly hard to open and close. Not sure if the wood is chipped somewhere or something but it didn't add to the experience. Overall, good product, but maybe device a way to place them in there nicely and make an easier to open and close case.
